Jen was amazing to work with. I contacted her 2 years ago when I first started thinking about selling. She was patient and walked me through the whole process. We were trained to vacuum before every showing, turn on all the lights and to play smooth jazz throughout the house. Her attention to the smallest detail from grout to closing was impressive. We wanted to list the home sooner than she would have liked, but she pulled it all together. She did a stellar job of staging while the painters and carpet guys were still working. The results were gorgeous. And right in time for a neighborhood wine and cheese Open House. Jen was instrumental in working with a senior exec from a large tech firm looking to move to the area. She did an amazing job negotiating both sides, working with us and the buyer to come to a deal. The buyer wanted a four-week close …. And as luck would have it, we found a new home that closed in four weeks as well. That requires a fair amount of coordination and stick-to-itiveness to make it all happen on time! We are super impressed and grateful for Jen’s expertise and guidance and highly recommend her as your representative.
